Best of all, it’s not hard to learn.

By learning or receiving the Access Bars® technique, you can give yourself and your clients, friends, family, and co-workers the care, kindness, and nurturing you require with total ease.

Repeat Pricing may apply to a class price when a client attends the same class type again, within a set number of months.

Our videos are subtitled in several languages. To activate them, start the video and choose your settings in its right corner.

PLEASE NOTE: 

The Access Bars class is a hands on, in-person class. Long-distance sessions do not work, as Bars is a hands-on process that only works with the energy created by touching. It simply does NOT work long distance!

Access Bars Class

I’m excited to invite you to a one-day Access Bars® Certification Class.

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on technique that contributes to everything being greater by helping the body and mind relax deeply. As limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and mental clutter begin to release, you may experience greater clarity, peace, and presence.

This class offers you an opportunity to pause, breathe, let go of the noise, and reconnect with the awareness that you are an infinite being with infinite possibilities. It’s a space to explore what you can choose and create when you allow yourself to move beyond limitations.

Access Bars® can open the door to:

  • Reduced stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm

  • Expanded possibilities in your personal and professional life

Access Bars® isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with how powerful, aware, and limitless you truly are.

During the class, you’ll learn how to run the Bars® and receive practical tools and techniques you can use to create more ease and change in your life.

Each student with receive two sessions and gift two sessions.

Energy Exchange:

  • $440 if this is your first class

  • $220 if you’ve taken the class before with any facilitator

  • Ages 16–17: Half price

  • Kids 15 & under: Free with a paying adult (please give advance notice if your child will be joining us)

Payment options: Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.

Once payment is received, your spot is confirmed and additional class details will be sent to your email.

Your class includes:

  • A printed and bound manual

  • Two laminated head charts showing the Bars® points

  • An instructional video demonstrating the Bars® points and hand positions will be shown during the class

  • The opportunity to gift two Bars® sessions

  • The opportunity to receive two Bars® sessions

  • A Bars® Practitioner Certificate, so you can begin offering sessions right away
