Wow and welcome to my page!  Access Consciousness provides a variety of amazing tools to change your body, being, and life. I am so grateful to be able to share these tools.  I offer private bars, body process sessions including the Abuse Hold,  Symphony of Possibility Sessions, as well as facilitating the Bars full day class and a variety of body process classes.  My home base is Green River, WY and am full of joy when I get to travel to facilitate classes.  

My Access journey began when I found myself, probably at one of the lowest points in my life.  My health was failing and modern medicine was not working.  I was working full time, raising two little ones, and had nothing left to give. The anxiety that I was experiencing was debilitating and I really was not sure that I could go on. My friend told me about this thing called the Bars and how she was hosting a class.  From there everything changed! My body is healthier than it has been maybe ever, I am happier, and respond to life truly with more ease, joy, and glory.  People who have known me since I was little frequently remark at the changes they have noticed. Even my family has benefited in so many ways. My children love running the Bars and body processes and are such naturals. How does it get any better than that?
