После многих лет интенсивной работы и постоянных усилий я поняла, что изменения могут происходить мягко.

С 2022 года инструменты Access Consciousness стали частью моей жизни как ежедневная практика, которая расширяет восприятие и открывает пространство для новых возможностей. Это способ жить легче — с большей ясностью, открытостью и свободой выбора.

Мне близок подход Access: это не про «исправить себя», а про исследовать себя и позволить себе больше.
И это доступно каждому.

Последние 13 лет я работаю на стыке лидерства, идентичности и создания живых систем. Я интегрировала инструменты Access Consciousness не только в личную жизнь, но и в свою профессиональную и предпринимательскую деятельность.

С 2025 года живу во Вьетнаме и провожу сессии и классы в Нячанге. Ко мне приходят очень разные люди — по возрасту, опыту и запросам, и для каждого инструменты работают по-своему, создавая реальные изменения.

Я продолжаю обучаться и проживать собственные динамические изменения. Для меня Access — это про выбор жить без надрыва, про расширение, про расслабление и создание своей жизни из пространства мира, покоя, радости и благодарности.

Лёгкость — это не слабость. Это пространство, в котором появляется больше радости, больше выбора и больше жизни.

Я провожу классы Access Bars, вводные классы по книгам Access Consciousness, а также классы по другим темам. Кроме того, я провожу сессии Access Body Process.

After many years of intense work and constant effort, I realized that change does not have to be hard. It can be gentle.

Since 2022, the tools of Access Consciousness have become part of my daily life — not as a theory, but as a practical way of expanding awareness and opening space for new possibilities. For me, it is a way to live with more ease, clarity, openness, and freedom of choice.

What I appreciate about Access is that it is not about “fixing” yourself. It is about exploring who you are and allowing yourself to have more.
And this is truly available to everyone.

For the past 13 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, identity, and the creation of living systems and communities. I have integrated the tools of Access Consciousness not only into my personal life, but also into my professional and entrepreneurial work.

Since 2025, I have been living in Vietnam and facilitating sessions and classes in Nha Trang.

Very different people come to me — of different ages, backgrounds, and intentions — and the tools work uniquely for each person, creating real change. I continue to learn, expand, and move through my own dynamic transformations.

For me, Access is about choosing to live without strain. It is about expansion, relaxation, and creating a life from a space of peace, ease, joy, and gratitude.

Ease is not weakness. It is the space where more joy, more choice, and more life become possible.

I facilitate Access Bars classes, introductory courses based on Access Consciousness books and classes on other topics. I also offer Access Body Process sessions.
