Mi camino personal de sanación me llevó a explorar herramientas que transformaron mi relación con mi cuerpo, redujeron síntomas físicos y me devolvieron la claridad y la ligereza que creí perdidas. Tomé múltiples clases de Access —Barras®, Facelift®, Procesos de Cuerpo®, Intro a la Riqueza Correcta para Ti, La Voz Correcta para Ti, varios Club del Libro Cómo Convertirse en Dinero e Intro a Sinfonía de Posibilidades— y cada una abrió una versión más auténtica y expansiva de mí.

Hoy acompaño a mujeres a reconectarse con su cuerpo, despertar su conciencia y tomar el liderazgo de su vida con facilidad. En mi espacio facilito sesiones de Barras®, Facelift®, ESSE, Procesos de Cuerpo y la Formación en Barras, para que tú también puedas acceder a esta transformación.

Hi! I’m Carolina Castelblanco — Colombian, shaped by 17 years in Argentina, and now creating my life in Houston.

I’m an Occupational Therapist, holistic therapist, Certified Access Bars® Facilitator, and founder of Espacio Reconecta Salud.

My mission is simple and powerful: to guide women back to their bodies, to the clarity, freedom, and inner strength they forgot they had.

Through tools like Access Bars®, Facelift®, Body Processes, ESSE, and classes such as Intro to the Riches for You, Right Voice for You, Being You, the Book Club “How to Become Money,” and Intro to Symphony of Possibilities, I help women reconnect with their awareness and create a life that actually feels like theirs.

These tools transformed my own health, reduced medication, softened lifelong symptoms, and shifted my relationship with my body.

Now, I hold the space for others to experience that same expansion.
