Is the comfort zone thwarting your living?

How many of you spend your life choosing and creating what will make you less rather than what will make you more?
Why would you not have more than you can use? Gary Douglas.

Do you ever have that nagging sensation where the so-called comfort zone goes head to head with your knowing that there has to be more to life that you are currently having?
The comfort zone is where you accept boredom as part of life, where you succumb to what you have decided is enough, life is predictable and what you choose maintains the status quo.

If you recognise you have “a life” and are quietly wrestling with an incessant itch of knowing there has to be more, what if there is a way for you to have it all and more?

Living occurs at the end of your comfort zone.
Living is a continuous expansion of possibility, where you get to choose to add more of that which lights you up, to your current life. Your choice to engage with your natural enthusiasm activates unknown possibilities and invites you to create more of that which you truly desire to have. And yes, it can bring up a sense of being “uncomfortable” as you expand into a new reality where the thrill of the unknown awakens in you. As you receive the invitation to become more of yourself, creativity is unleashed and a new waves of being alive get to flow through you.

Now there is no right or wrong about anything you have chosen (EVER!) and getting out of judgment of yourself is a major step to accessing what it is you truly desire to create as your life and living. #getyourbarsrun

Making yourself wrong and judging destroys what you are capable of creating.

The first step is to say to yourself, “I destroy and uncreate all the decisions, judgments and conclusions I have of myself” and then ask, “What will it take to become clear about what I would truly like to create and succeed with?”

As you become clearer, sparks of creation and generation are kindled. As you take action and keep choosing that which is inspiring to you, you allow your curiosity and consciousness to lead you. If you sense and resistance as you energetically challenge an old comfort zone, you can practise being present with this energy and ask, “Is this what I have been asking for showing up?”and relax into this new space and in Dr Dain Heer’s famous quote, it never shows up how you think it will!

Your willingness to be different, to indulge in the adventures available to you and have fun along the way are a magnet to infinite possibilities to enjoy a grand and glorious life and living!

To contribute to more ease and clarity with what keeps you in the comfort zone and what invites you to go beyond it please know that the questions you ask and the energy you be can create an open conversation with the magnanimous Universe. Anytime you are in a contracted state, wearing a sense of heaviness and discontent, ask these following questions and know it isn’t about finding an answer. The purpose of asking questions is to allow greater awareness of possibilities beyond your mind and the comfort zone you have been used to living in.

What can I choose to be even more different?
Who and what can I add to my life that will make me happier than I can imagine?
What do I know how to do and be that I am not acknowledging yet?
