A Sneak Peek Backstage to the Judgment-Free Zone

Many people tuned in to some if not all of the 21 daily judgment-free zone lives as they aired on YouTube around the world back in June. I was fortunate to get a backstage pass each day to play behind the scenes on this incredible series and adventure.

With a rock-solid, phenomenal tech team of 4 of us plus the brilliance and presence of language coordinators and translators for 9 different languages – we met for our daily zoom ritual of banter, laughter and creative weaving around any “problem” that showed up, as we prepared for the live and welcoming our speaker or two each day.

And it is true what they say, it really does take a village to create what seems like just a simple 30-minute YouTube live – with not just the already mentioned but a whole 6 weeks of kitten herding, scheduling, graphic designing and preparation in many directions from an amazing gaggle of creative geniuses that were also part of our team!

Well, the series begins and continues and our all-in phenomenal backstage crew experienced first hand an explosive exploration and adventure with the many amazing facilitators we had on. Together with their brilliance, different questions and perspectives it really did become a deep dive for us all into being you with no judgment.

These 30-minute snippets of consciousness, gems of inspiration and beautiful conversations were a true gift and to be on and to experience these daily was truly transformative.
