There are two ways you can take a Foundation class

There is a Global Foundation that takes place every year, facilitated by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer, that’s offered live and online. During this class, they will go through the manual and based on the questions and the energy that’s currently up in the world, they will re-write the manual so the Foundation class is new, current and at the creative edge of consciousness.
You can also choose to attend a live class with an Access Consciousness certified facilitator and there are hundreds of Foundation classes going on around the world throughout the year for you to choose from. This is where you will go through the latest manual updated since the most recent Global Foundation.
