Hi beautiful soul,

I am a Sydney-based Access Bars® practitioner and facilitator, and an Access Energetic Facelift™ practitioner, with a deep love for all things energy.

Since 2019, I have been running my own business, Inner West Kinesiology, where I have had the privilege of supporting adults and children on their journeys of personal growth and transformation. My own path, shaped by personal challenges and pain, led me to discover Access Bars® and its transformative tools, which have become an important part of my own growth and wellbeing.

I am passionate about sharing these gifts with YOU and feel immense joy in supporting my clients to feel empowered and create a life they truly love.

Both Access Bars® and Access Energetic Facelift™ are incredibly nurturing, inviting the body to receive, release and transform, creating space for something different.

I practise from my calming home clinic in Russell Lea, Sydney’s Inner West. There is no waiting room, and I have intentionally created a private, peaceful space where you can arrive, exhale and simply be.

I know that clinical environments and busy waiting rooms can feel uncomfortable or even triggering for some people, particularly if you experience anxiety. Creating a space that feels safe, warm and welcoming is really important to me.

Beyond my work, my greatest achievement is my family. I am a loving mum to two teenage boys who keep me on my toes and inspire me daily.
