Mia | Facilitator of Consciousness, Bodies & Possibility

I became the first ever child facilitator in Access Consciousness at six years old (2006), and my life has been a living exploration of what’s possible when we go beyond limitation, judgment, and the stories we’ve been told about who we are.

I’ve walked the path of science, holistic healing, movement, trauma recovery, and deep personal transformation. My background spans biological sciences, personal training, functional health, and over 18 years of advanced facilitation.  What I offer is a space where consciousness, embodiment, and choice can create something entirely new.

Through Access Bars, body processes, verbal facilitation, and integrative tools, I allow the space for people to clear the energies and patterns that no longer serve them. In this way, my clients can reclaim the knowing, power, and possibilities that have always been there.

For those ready to change what feels unchangeable, heal what feels unhealable, and choose what’s never been chosen before… I’m here to facilitate what you know is possible.
