Becoming a Certified Facilitator

As a certified facilitator, you will be able to facilitate The Foundation classes, Access Bars classes, Access Tasters, Access Bars Gifting & Receiving and any classes you create on a specific subject with permission from Gary Douglas or Dr. Dain Heer.

Access Consciousness certified facilitators (CFs) are pioneers of change. They are some of the bravest people in the world – for their willingness to change their past, their present, and begin to have “What else is possible?®” as their future. 

And, as they become more, they inspire others to know it’s possible to become the catalyst of greater possibilities and invite true empowerment in the world. 

Unique to this license, Access Consciousness certified facilitators are the only facilitators who can facilitate The Foundation class.

In addition, they have the freedom to create a wide array of programs, classes, products and more – all designed to empower people with the Access Consciousness tools.

First-Time Prerequisites

Listed below are the prerequisites for becoming a certified facilitator. These prerequisites are recommended to become a great facilitator, not an ordinary person, and make too much money. Gary said, “We know you will fail if you don’t do them. If you fail, it’s not our fault.” 

Have you done these prerequisites? We have a checklist available to help you track your progress as you complete the requirements.

Checklist if you are becoming a CF for the first time 

If you have met at least 50% of the prerequisites for becoming a new CF, you can register and attend the 5-day Certified Facilitator Training. If you have completed less than 50% of the prerequisites, you can register and pay a higher class fee to attend the Certified Facilitator Training.

Once you have attended the Certified Facilitator Training and completed all the prerequisites below, you may become licensed as an Access Consciousness certified facilitator.

Complete the questionnaire based on the Reference Materials (link found in your welcome email once you register for the Certified Facilitator Training)

NOTE: The timing and location of CF trainings may change. A CF license is in effect until the next training cycle for that company.
Once you register, we will send you more information including the questionnaire based on the Reference Materials to complete and a prerequisites checklist to track your progress.

Renewal Prerequisites

If you are renewing your CF license, complete the prerequisites below and attend the CF training to renew your license:

  • Facilitate one Foundation class within the 12 months preceding the start of the CF training
  • Attend the class or purchase a replay of one Choice for Possibilities (CFP) class held within the 12 months preceding the start of the CF training
  • Gary recommends that you attend (or purchase the replay) of each Global Foundation rewrite class if you really want to be aware of how to deliver the class you will deliver
  • In addition to the CFP and recommended Global Foundation, also attend an additional class of your choice each year. What would be fun for you? Gary’s and Dain’s telecalls? Other advanced classes?  An Access Specialty class?
  • Complete the annual questionnaire based on the Reference Materials

If you are a former CF attending a Certified Facilitator Training to restart your license after it has expired, you must complete all the renewal prerequisites above except facilitating a Foundation class. Additionally, you must have completed any new CF prerequisites added since your license expired.
