Access Bars is a gentle hands-on process where 32 points on the head are lightly touched. These points relate to different aspects of life including healing, awareness, creativity, money, control, communication, gratitude, joy, peace, and more.

For many people, receiving Access Bars creates a profound sense of relaxation that allows new possibilities to emerge. Every person's experience is unique, and Access Bars is intended as a complementary wellness practice rather than a substitute for medical or psychological care.
